So the relatives of this POS KNEW he was intoxicated, yet did nothing about it? Nice.
Riddle me this, new lawyers...how can you prove that he took shrooms when they already drug tested him, and it came back negative???
This POS should've taken the 50-year deal.

I don't know about anyone else but I would have shipped this little terrorist to GITMO and water boarded him till he paid his debt to decent society. Then I would have had him drawn and quartered and his head placed on a stake in the Town Square as an example to the other little POS living in our fine town.
:/

So your personal revenge is more important than your Civil Rights. Got it.

No, personal revenge is more important than the little POS's civil rights. What about the civil rights of the little girl and her baby brother?

Got it. Remember what you said the next time you get pulled over and your vehicle is searched without probable cause or a warrant.

That doesn't happen to me because I do not look or act like a criminal nor do I mouth off to the cop in. The event I get pulled over.

It really is cute the way you selectively edit my post for your quote.

This disgusting creature has already been convicted on the overwhelming evidence that he provided. As I said in another post, he can't be rehabilitated, cured or serve enough time to ever pay for what he did to those two kids. I hope that the judge doesn't waste more money on this waste of life. The evidence is overwhelming, not only was this monster caught passed out where he committed the crime, but he also left the best possible bit of evidence alive, the victim.
