They should pass this law it would bring a lot of $ into the City and also help a lot of people btw there are legal drugs that are worse ex. Alcohol

Lowell is 100% the type of town which would be overrun with potheads. Trust me you don't want this to happen. Pot kills brain cells.... Have some to spare?
