How Christian of them. Why don't they raise money to feed the hungry, house the homeless and take care of the sick?

There is absolutely NOTHING Christ-like about those who embrace Christianity. Hateful, greedy, domineering, judgmental hypocrits.

Judge NOT, lest YOU be judged.

Christians already do charities benefiting the hungry, etc. more than any other people in the world. The majority of money raised in the churches go to outreach on various levels.

Raising a little more money to support the foundations of civilization for 6000 years is worthier than supporting drugs, pornography and assaults on children as gays do in whatever "communities" they might muster.

If they are raising money for political purposes their tax exempt status should be revoked. Why should they get a free ride?

Gays want an uneven playing field. The many tax exempt organizations purveying the gay lifestyles get the same "free ride", which is a misnomer, as their employees, etc. are taxed.

Again the focus is off of the Obama economy and jobs.

Gay issues don't turn around the economy nor supply jobs and that is what Americans want.

Gays don't hire homophobes; so after our bills are paid; we stash $835 billion away in a sock every year
http://www.edgefireisland.com/index.php...
.
To put that into perspective; the Bush Bailout only cost Obama $700 billion
.
Have you hugged a gay today? It could land you a job

Yet, you want to make laws forcing so-called "homophobes" to hire you. Thanks for the honesty.

BTW... The "Bush Bailout" was a Democrat Congress and Senate thing and was paid back to the government. Thus, every Obama expenditure has been nothing but waste and graft.

Churches are challenging the gays; but the gays are not challenging the churches. We have our own churches across America and in 42 nations
.
Our challenge is to the government
.
why?
.
Churches don't sell marriage licenses
.
$35 Marriage licenses are only sold by marriage clerks in county courthouses; no religion required. A licensed married couple qualifies for the government's $457,562.00 marriage benefit package

I agree
.
There is no charity or religion involved in this church project
.
Churches don't sell marriage licenses; the government does

The least the IRS can do is tax the money the churches collect for this specific act of government interference

Considering a strong economy can only be achieved when there is equality, it actually matters a lot. Then all the jobs created by the huge influx of marriages if they are legalized. It's the anti-gay marriage folks who don't care about the economy at all. But nice spin, you freaks never fail to amuse me.

Let's see, we could go back to the arranged marriages of 150 years ago ... that was the longest lasting version of marriage. No love, you marry who you're told to.

Oh, I have an open mind, just not one so open that any old bum with a fanciful fairytale can toss their garbage in.
