This is horrible. I cant believe the courts continued to allow this mother to be with this little girl. This is another reason why we cant put our childs life in the hands of the court. What was this judge thinking.
Steven my prayers are with you I hope and pray that you find your baby girl and that she is safe.

Yes, the judge ordered that the Lewis family (Cherish's family) and any other friend or family or anyone that interferes with Stephen and Megans (his wife) custody, will be arrested and charged. The records are outrageous. I agree, this girl should have had her rights taken away a long time ago. She has parental alienation and sounds mentally (maybe phsycially?) abusive. This sounds like Trenton Ducketts mother. Or Casey Anthony. I hope she is returned to her family in Florida! She is supposed to be in Wheelersburg! Possibly with the maternal family? Keep your eye out!!

Actually the court docs say that she tried to say that BS and didnt win. then she took it to juvenile court and lost there. thats why she keeps loosing custody.... the proof is there. She has Munchausen By Proxy and DEFINITELY parental alienation!
Cherish refused his rights since Jaelyn was released from the hospital... she refused over and over again to let him see her.. its there. and eevery single time he gave her back, she had a diff and new allegation. its nuts. shes nuts. poor baby. she deserves to be sterile.
For you to say those things, you either have to be blind/slow/uneducated or you're a close friend/relative to that crazy woman.

well the supreme court overturned it because of the proof she does have, and they are ruling against this last ruling also,,cant wait for all this to come out, so beings u say megan and steven and ur in tampa, stevens family, Cherish has never ever abused that child , Jaelyn loves her mother dearly, but its getting ready to come all out and i hope his molesting a** goes to prison for a long time ,
and she doesnt have Munchsens by proxy, that was proved and this judge has not look at none of the evidence and that was why the supreme court of appeals overturned,
be scared for jaelyn if her dad gets near her and her grandmother is mean to her, yeah jae always came home upset after being forced to go to that womans house and how they were mean to her, and sprayed her with spray trying to overcome the 2nd hand smoke smell she always came home with, oh yeah wonderful people steven and regina are

Disgusted:

Which court document are you reading? you must be apart of her family to know so much? All she "won" was an "appeal". That's not a big deal. Stephen would never hurt Jaelyn, I've seen cases like this. The scorn g/f or ex lover gets mad at the father (doesnt want to be w/ her or shes just a head case) and from the time the child is born she refuses visitations (what like 10 times?) all those contempts? THEN the first time he gets her at two its says she accused him of drugging the baby and the test came back neg?(had her for just a few days)Then she accused him of physical abuse, that got thrown out. Theres a document in tampa that she called in 3 diff "acusations" in the first two weeks he had her for his first vistiation he one and she was accused of harrassing by the TPD. THEN the abuse got thrown out. Then she tried him for even a worse kind of abuse (the gross kind u mention) and it gets thrown out again) NO evidence, only a coached story that didnt ad up. she she lost there and lost custody cause the judge obviously kenw her tricks. its not easy for a guy to get custody.. Then looks like she took him to juvenile court while the high court was in appeal (ouch! thats like almost double jeopardy.. def violoation of rights). She lost there. Twice. Lost more custody.. seee a patern here?
I come from a family of liars. I admire this man for still fighting for his daughter over and over again.
And the proofyou say? Seems that every investigator cherish gets through CPS seems to end up testifying for STEPHEN. Hmm... the courts dont lie my friend. A 50-60 yr old man doesnt become a judge for no reason. Experience, Smarts, Education, Etc... YEARS OF BEING A LAWYER AND BEING ABLE TO TELL THE BS from the TRUTH.
Most fathers would have quick just in the first two years she dennied him vistitation on his leaves from the military. I cant believe he stuck around for falst abuse charges over and over again. That little girl is lucky her father is looking out for her. Most young men would be scared off
God help Jaelyn, God help Stephen, I pray for Cherish's mental state. God help you if you are hre friend and helping hide that beautiful girl. Imagine the mental abuse being away from the people you're close to. Shesnot with her parents, or "bio mom" or grand parents... then where is she? Shes only 5, shes prob so scared and im sure who evers watching her is getting irritated.. its beeen 3 weeks. Babysitters dont wait that long!

"The Supreme Court Overturned it"
Maybe u arent apart of that family b/c you are highly misinformed...
The Supreme court judge favored in favor of stephen. And awarded him custody. She appealed it. Filed again through a juvenile (court diff system) lost there (twice) and THEN when the appeal (all that is a piece of paper the lawyer writes saying he doesnt agree steve won custody and wanted to reevaluate her haveing M.B.P and Parental Alienation, and her 3rd things was the judge bias (always favored in stephens favor)
The appeals court said basically that woman who testified about MPS (on cherishs side) wasnt certified or lisenced to diagnose wether she was or was not, so the judges assumption she had it needed to be PROVEN in court... so that one decisioon was over turned.
2nd decision was that he did favor in stephens favor...(but prob only b/c he had seen her in court for two years and new her patterns)
Anyway... says right at bottom of court docket, that they dont etierh side side SR or CL. Sooo thats why they were back in court. Twice since then and looks like the first time she "faked labor" and the 3rd time ((the 24t) she was thrown in jail when told to give J back to SR.
I dont think she has a chance. She's deff burnt her last bridge... the longer she waits to hang over J, the more punishment she'll get.
I suggest you read, lead the info correctly before you blog, you might look smart ;) MIGHT

Lewis “had continuously and willfully denied the other parent’s right to parenting

time in accordance with an order of the court.” R.C. 3109.04(F)(1)(f)&(j). Lewis
was found in contempt of court twice for violating court orders and spent time in
jail on those contempt charges. Similarly, the record shows that Lewis tried to
deny Rice visitation with the Child on numerous occasions, and that Lewis even
fled with the Child for a very brief time before turning the Child over to Rice

furthermore...

{¶95} Accordingly, we sustain Lewis’s third assignment of error. We reverse
the trial court's judgment and remand this cause to the trial court for further
proceedings consistent with this opinion. We offer no opinion on the best interest
of the Child, or whether Rice or Lewis should be declared the residential parent.

One last thing... she's only avoiding the inevitable. She's been trying to hurt Stephen all these years... and I'm sure he's going through sh*t that past four years shes fought his parental rights and accused him of one bogus thing after another (clinical MPS and PA syndrome), the people she's REALLY hurting is Jaelyn and herself. In so many ways. Jaelyn was supposed to start elementary with her father in FL this year... now CHerish has made her wait a whole year to get into elementary.. she'll be behind. Plus tones of mental abuse...the back and forth... that scar on her forhead?? Prob physical abuse.
And the videos the parental family put out?? hmm Jaelyn sure looks happy in all those pics!(The beach, pool, seeworld, disney) the kid looks like shes spoiled with her dad. You can see it in her smile and expression. And She prob acts weird around that other family when you "see" her b/c of the abuse they put her through. Let me guess... very clingy.. not sure of her own opinions, quiet...
You need to wake up and smell the coffee.
And by the way... Regina you speak of (the paternal grandma) looks like shes got cherish for a lot of contempts as well... avoiding her Grandparents rights too I assume? Geezz this bio mother is desperate.
I hope she sits in jail for a long time... oh wait lol she will! It says shes not to be released until he orders and the best part is SHE has to pay for her jail time before she is released and the court cost for postponing court (the inevitable i mentioned earlier)... man she is ignorant

You're statements are quite funny, not just false.

And to be clear on those "molestation" accustations you said... that's was already brought up with her "evidence" and he over turned it b/c it was all made up and the statements didnt add up (she said her MATERNAL grandma was in the room when it happend... RITA LEWIS) AND aparently J's GAL that was assigned think Cherish is a headcase too? And the detective that flew in from San Diego?
So she lost in that court system, took it to juvenile (jv court she took him for the sexual abuse allegations) and that judge ALSO thought she was a head case and sent the child right back to Stephen and his wife..
now back to the original judge. NOT for abuse. FOR CUSTODY. her days off false accustaions are over. After you cry wolf 5 or 6 times, your "get out of jail free cards" are up.
So you realllllly need to get your facts straghts. Whoever your talking to is feeding you lies.

"Disgusted by this case". What are you trying to stir up? You are not a judge, you are not a court appointed authority, you are only someone not directly involved in this case. LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!!
It is quite obvious that WheelersburgGirl81 knows a LOT of information on this case. All it takes is for someone to read ALL court documents involved to see what is really going on.
CHERISH SOUNDS LIKE A NUT CASE!!!! Anyone who would defy a judge in his court woulud be nuts. She hasn't even been raised to show respect to authorities - espeically a judge, and IMO this judge has seen that out of her and is tired of her games. This is one authority IMO that she has not been able to sleep with to get her way,
I have done enough research on this case to know that anyone involved in keeping this child from her custodial father will be arrested. If whomever is involved doesn't care much about their future, then they deserve to go to jail. This can harm future jobs, future education, future relationships -- should I go on??????? A criminal record will not allow you much for a future.
Now - give the child back to the custodial father - it has been proven in court that he is not a molestor - READ THE DOCUMENTS - it sounds to me like the father is more emotionally stable than the mother. Four the past 4 years, this so-called mother has put this child through more than any person deserves. Every accusation she makes, this child undergoes physical and emotional exams, and leaves another emotional scar on this child. How much does she expect a 5 year old to be able to handle? It will never leave her mind. This alone is EXTREME EMOTIONAL CRUELTY.
From reading, it looks like the father has abided by all the rules he has been ordered to follow involving visitation of the mother, and it is quite obvious that the mother hasn't. After all, she has been in contempt of court numerous times, and been put in jail 3 times for this contempt. What does that tell you?
She has never been legitimately employed with the exception of a couple of weeks to play games in the court making them think she had a job (she quit right after hearings); she has never made a permanent home for this child (she dumps her off on her parents and sister); she is now in jail for hiding her child (with the help of her family). She has a new baby -- again -- no permenant home for that child -- another Welfare case -- and who has the child? Her parents. She seems to be a baby machine for her family.
The latest court order gives the father custody - no questions about it. The child should be with the father. As for the Supreme Court ruling - it does not change the custody of the child. The Lewis family - not just the mother - is in contempt of that order.
Quit using this child as a pawn. Every accusation that has been hurled towards the father has been proven to be incorrect. Have you noticed that the father has not made any accusations towards that mother? I noticed it.

After reading some of these posts, I have come to the conclusion that the people posting are VERY close to the case.
What is questionnable is the states involved.
The postings from Pennsylvania has my curiosity peaked. IF you -- the person from PA -- are directly involved in this case, do you realize you are involved in KIDNAPPING? Think about it. Is it worth it?
I don't believe the father's side of the family is so stupid that they would believe you are not posting from Ohio. It is very easy to make it look like you are in another state.
The nuts are falling from the trees - but - it seems to me that the nuts are in Wheelersburg, OH.

I have been following this case sense the 25th or so! Her poster is on every website out there. On a few of the posters there is a newspaper article (like above) and her parents names and all the info is there.
Seeing they are from Tampa, I figured small world... plus after the recent cases in the news, I'm very interested in this case. If you google the parents names, along with Jaelyns, and Scioto County, alll the documents come up. Even word for word testimony actually. I work with computers... very good at this stuff ;)
It's sad to live a lie "Disgusted", you should really look into the facts.
I totally agree with SmallTown and Mike.
And if you do have that child, I suggest you call 911 now and save that baby from the agony and tension of being "on the run".

I have been on different forums and have been reseraching this case for nearly a month. Yes, this child has been "ABDUCTED" "KIDNAPPED" whatever you want to label it for going on FOUR WEEKS. It is quite evident and clear that the courts are in favor of the father. So "Disgusted By this Case", I hope you're not "disgusted" of prison food, because you're going to be eating it for a long time if you know of the child's whereabouts and/or you're aiding in harboring a missing child. EAT UP!!!!!!!!!!
