Former Leesville police chief sentenced on federal weapons charge

United States Attorney Stephanie A. Finley announced Tuesday that former Leesville chief of police, 51-year-old Bobby D. Hickman, was sentenced to 46 months in prison, followed by three years supervised release for unlawful possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.
