Obama clearly has shown us that he picks and chooses the laws he will uphold. Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't he take an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States????? Apparently he has selective memory loss.

The president chose to act because congress wouldn't. It was the right choice. Maybe our corrupt house of representatives can try to come up with something better. The pigs article is full of tripe and misguided bs. No facts, findings or stats to back up his muddled opinion. Pathetic. He'll probably get a gig with faux news.

Obama and presidents before him did not take care that immigration laws passed by CONGRESS were and are faithfully executed. His flagrant abuse of the doctrine of “prosecutorial discretion," amounts to lawlessness.

Obama doesn't have the authority to act counter to existing law and we have an immigration code.

Not that he cares; this is all about winning an election by pandering to Latinos and every other fringe group known to man; classic divide and conquer. By the time his decree is declared illegal and vacated, the election will be long past; that's what really matters to him (and apparently principle-free Democrats).
