Idiot left wing liberals. Tam paid much of that $76,000 as a retainer for her attorneys. The reason I am not paying Tam is that she is not with my program anymore. She is no good to me. She will not accept Christi and Jessica in my life and now she wants a boyfriend, of all the nerve.
And one further item I would like to clear up. I am not and was not ever rich. I simply kept on borrowing money from banks and people for many years and that money was money that kept the jet trails in the sky, bling on my paid for girlfriends, many boats in front of my lakehomes, and the massive funding it took to litigate against my enemies and believe me that I have many of those.
And I have a message for my enemies, soon you will not be able to get at me because I will be protected, there will be bars between us, heh heh heh, and a guy named Bubba will be watching over me, see I fooled you guys.
Those dealerships you think I owned and operated, many of them were just cardboard cutouts placed off the street, I liked those because it cost little to maintain that facade. The ones I hated were the real businesses I owned and operated as they eventurally sucked my funding dry and those damn pesky employees.........they kept wanting to be paid.
Now people, people, people.........believe me, do not believe what you see.
dave peterson. did you get served to appear in court? if not tomorrow! tell us all you wish his wife would bend over for you . you just ant big enough and cant afford her!!!

The deal that blew up on Mitsubishi
Company sold program cars to dealer for near-worthless ad credits
Kathy Jackson

Automotive News | January 31, 2005 - 12:01 am EST

In early 2003, the world was closing in on Pierre Gagnon, then CEO of Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc.
Sales had been growing - but at a price. The company was racking up huge losses on loans to customers with poor credit. Mitsubishi had leased many vehicles to daily rental fleets, and those vehicles were returning to the company's inventory.
But Mitsubishi thought it had found a solution, and his name was Dennis Hecker. Hecker, 52, is known as a keen deal maker who operates 16 auto dealerships, including one Mitsubishi Former store, in Minnesota. He has done well - well enough, in fact, to think about buying the Minnesota Vikings. Mitsubishi Motors North The deal: Hecker would get 1,100 daily rental program cars from Mitsubishi, worth $8,000 to $17,800 America Inc. each. He would pay an auction company $1,216 per vehicle in transaction fees and give Mitsubishi $15.8 CEO Pierre million in discount credits to be used for commercial time on cable TV. Gagnon: "When it got to The deal would trim Mitsubishi's swollen inventory of 50,000 rental vehicles and help stretch a tight ad the executive budget. board, there were several "At the end of the day, it looked like good financial sense," Gagnon says. questions about how But sometimes at the end of the day, there's a nightmare. The credits to buy advertising time turned out good the to be virtually worthless. credits were.... At the end "We were forced to buy cheap programming in the middle of the night," says a company source. "When of the day, it you don't have a lot of money, this kind of stuff kills you." looked like good financial The deal turned out to be another in a series of miscalculations that cost Gagnon, 49, his job and sense." contributed to huge losses and plunging sales at the company

Worst media' ever

They were buying some of the worst media we had ever seen," says Chuck Barber, a dealer in Orem, Utah, and the Mitsubishi dealer council chairman. "At one of our dealer council meetings we were discussing why the company was buying such bad media, and we were told it was because of an old transaction we got locked into - that we had credits we were obligated to use.
The advertising-time credits, it turned out, were discounts mostly on late-night cable TV. Even worse, the credits didn't provide any free time but were good only for a 20 percent to 30 percent discount. That means Mitsubishi has to spend another 70 cents for each dollar's worth of far-from-prime time.

This month Mitsubishi Motors North America hired turnaround specialist AlixPartners to review its U.S. operations, including its marketing expenses. Some employees believe the advertising budget will be cut even more. The Hecker deal helped put Mitsubishi in **** that it is still trying to escape.

How come if your car can be confiscated if a friend is riding in it with drugs, why is Tamatha not being held liable for her husbands misdeeds? They both spent the money!
Like the others have said, these people have no sense of reality.

These pathetic people are the greatest example of how we need to tax the rich their fair share.

Obviously, they have way too much money and so many people could benefit from them taking responsibility for helping others.

These people are total pigs. Although, its like a train wreck, you can't look away. I feel sorry for the kids.

Denny, here's a tip, you aren't that good looking, save your money (you probably owe to employees and customers you stiffed); the face lift is a waste of money.

You really can't make a silk purse from a pigs ear.
