Doesn't really matter who lives there!

A likely, very similar scenario is played out many times over in other parts of Vallejo with the only difference being that this particular neighborhood is hanging together and does not leave a single party who objects to criminal activities while the rest is hiding under the bed, swinging in the wind!

I admire residents that are coming together for the good of the neighborhood, instead of letting one party carry the torch and becoming a possible target for retaliations.
One major spokes person with plenty of neighbors having his/her back.

That people is the way to attack a nuisance! Pay attention and follow suit!

She owns a home down the hill a bit. It has a small rental unit in the rear.
