Greensburg teen sentenced to life in torture slaying

I've read some comments on other sites that question her life sentence. In PA, the only way to get released from a life sentence is to be granted commutation by the governor; currently, this is a rare occurance. This is "the other death sentence." Since she doesn't have a formal death sentence, she will be in general population, unless she needs to be protected from other inmates. Very sad case for all involved.

It looks like she won't be doing life afer all. She will probbly be in her 30s or 40s when she's released and won't have a clue in how to function in the world.

Most people who are in their 70s and 80s can't function and they have not been in prison.
