US bishops promote rule banning Congo militia funding
Washington D.C., May 6, 2013 / 05:38 pm .- The U.S. bishops have reiterated their support for a federal regulation that would block American investments from supporting militias in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

it would be a reasonable approach to stop this mass killing and other sort of sufferings that people of DRC experience at daily basis, but the question remain if the US government will stop his support to these rebel groups that it has backed from 1990 in the African great lakes Regions starting with the kagame's RPF rebellion, and DRC numerous rebels group involved in mass killings and rape.
