Good.

It shows that the SEC may need to go further when doing reviews and need to include computer techs at least as random checks. I would think the IRS could use such support too.

It also should make it clear that accepting a bribe is a crime too.

Is it throwing them under the bus when they are telling the truth?

Madoof could not have done this alone and now it is revealing computer programmers and an accountant.

The S&L 'scandel' years ago would have needed the same type of involvement.
The Keating Five were five United States Senators accused of corruption in 1989, igniting a major political scandal as part of the larger Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The five senators, Alan Cranston (Democrat of California), Dennis DeConcini (Democrat of Arizona), John Glenn (Democrat of Ohio), John McCain (Republican of Arizona), and Donald W. Riegle, Jr.(Democrat of Michigan), were accused of improperly intervening in 1987 on behalf of Charles H. Keating, Jr., chairman of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association, which was the target of a regulatory investigation by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board (FHLBB). The FHLBB subsequently backed off taking action against Lincoln.

Thanks, it makes me feel better that it isn't being buried under one volunteer scapegoat. If they round up everyone involved the next programmer, accountant and others will think twice before they participate.

Daily Horoscope for November 30

Sagittarius

As much as the robust Archer would like to indulge, today you must mind your health. If you go out to celebrate the holidays, go easy on the rich foods and spirits. Too much alcohol and you might find yourself saying the absolute wrong thing to the right person, thus blowing what could be a perfectly lovely evening. Strive for moderation.
