I happen to be one of those suckers that was talked into investing in the Sherwood and Williams Financial Grpup by a Morgan Peabody representative. I'd like to know just how much this representative knew about the company and what incentitive he had to convince me to invest in this fraudulent company.

Normally he gives a small fine to the feds in a plea deal and walks. Get involved and try to get restitution for your losses.

Jonathan made his money and didn't care about my best interests. Look him up in FINRA. He has some pending claims. He has no insurance. He jumps from one brokerage house to another. I don't know how he is still in business.

To Lost It All :
I also got biked by Jonathan Greenfield, and lost lots. My life is ruined because of him. I currently have a complaint against him with FINRA, and also the SEC in Florida over Athena. If you haven't already put in a complaint with FINRA, please do so - he is just weeks away from a full investigation and the more people who complain, the better the chances of getting some satisfaction.
I believe he got fired from FWG, as there was just too much heat.

I know you got a paltry few dollars back from WFG - 9 cents on the dollar. Jonathan claimed in an e-mail to me that I would get all or most of my money back.

Jonathan Greenfield lost his license. We almost lost all our retirement money when we moved it to his custody. I found this information for those who have victimized by Jonathan. http://court.cacd.uscourts.gov/cacd/PIA.nsf/3...
