I have been a Bassett stockholder for over 56 good and not so good years. And, I have never sold a share. I expect senior management to
respect the company's stockholders and if the
current environment calls for gradual liquidation
of the company rather than venturing into new
waters, then there should be planned liquidation
to maximize values and it should be returned to
stockholders as appropriate and definitely not
construed in any way to favor any special interest or employee group or stockholder group.

I as one of less than 100 workers left in the only manufacturing plant, think they could share some of that profit with the ones who make it for them. At the end of this yeat it will have been 7 years since the last general raise much less any other type of pay increase. I wonder how they make a profit? When we are lucky we get a woping 28 to 32 hous a week, But as they say at least we are getting something.
