Lauderdale-by-the-Sea broker pleads guilty to lying to the SEC
Former broker Robert J. Vitale, of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, pleaded guilty to criminal charges Thursday for obstructing justice and lying to investigators looking into his real estate securities offerings, according to a news release.

I'm glad that Rob J. Vitale is finally being held responsible for his stealing and lies! This scammer still needs to be held accountable for his Hartford Land Trust/Fidelity Land Trust Co. rip off also located Lauderdale By The Sea.
