My first thought when I read this is that Sara Lee is doing something illeagal and they won't heed her legal advise.

She is the second general counsel to leave the firm in a year, and is known for creating high standards for ethical corporate governance? Makes you wonder why she left.... and what really is going on within the company, especially now that it has been designated as a "sell". I know I am!

A single divorecd mother who is suing Sara Lee for breaking a court order, sent a letter directly to the CEO of Sara Lee early last week asking why is that the CEO divorced mother, can get her child support but Sara Lee interfered with sending out hers? Then hours or a day later "Peggy" leaves Sara Lee. Wasn't Peggy supposed to let Brenda Barnes, CEO know about all pending lawsuits against the company? Especially when the CEO is giving interviews and talking about the importance or mothers and how she received her own child support for her own children? READ OUR ARTICLES BELOW:

Sara Lee Bakeries sought to avoid Family Court Justice by improperly moving a State Case To Federal Court over a year ago. The pro se litigant Mother won a Remand Back to State Court a few weeks ago against Sara Lee, in that she had a Income Execution Order that Sara Lee did not comply with and as we reviewed the law the State has the final say so over their Family Court Domestic Relations Child Support cases and not the Federal Government. We managed to get a copy of the Income Execution Order and it was issued by the State not the Government. It has been uncovered that this lady has been held hostage in the wrong court for over a year now against her will and forced to participate in things that have nothing to do with the Income Execution document.
Did it really take the Federal Court one year to realize they could not touch this case? Sounds fishy to me.
Now the Family Court has their case back that was stolen from them and they can conclude with it now. Documents show that Sara Lee paid income to the woman’s ex-husband the minor child’s father and never sent New York the child support payments like they said they would. We managed to get a copy of a letter on the Sara Lee Corporation company letterhead where they said they would abide and never did. The Mother has a case file that stacks on top off the heads of Sara Lee and is laced with guilt on their part. To the legal eye or the layman’s eye Sara Lee can never win this case.
Their is a advocate group that says there is another company (Bimbo Bakeries USA) that has broken the same laws and they have been brought in to court by this pro se family court mother and rallies and national boycotts are scheduled all around the country because of this, they call it Project Protect Our Children. This company (Bimbo) also moved to the federal court in direct contrast to the laws and the mother is still defending herself against them and the federal court that favors them. When you look at this docket and read the powerful evidence this lady has it will send chills up your spine. We help other countries all around the world but here in the United States we have deadbeat companies who intentionally hurt mothers and children and a federal court who tries to help them.
God Bless America when those who break the law are punished, especially when they harm a minor child.
Now there was a new twist to this story as of the other week, the Federal Court is now entertaining a new request from Sara Lee to not be sent back to Family Court and have issued a stay in the proceedings to the pro se complaint and to the Family Court. Is this really happening? Justice at it’s worse. How does a company get so many bites at the apple when they are clearly wrong and the minor child has to wait for justice?
This mother has received death threats and has found human feces outside of her home ever sense she filed her Family Court cases against Sara Lee Bakeries and the other powerful bakery company.
We could not reach the pro se law suit mother filer by phone directly today but plan to continue to try and reach her for a statement, we do have a email address for her at [e-mail].

In the meantime Sara Lee bankrupted a subsidiary company called "Best" It was a Kosher product? Best Kosher Salami, Balogna, ect., And is lost forever? This is a sign of a company in trouble for sure and no one needs to be told that they are over spending? They sell a lot of meat products all over the country in the Deli along with their Bakery items? We all need to start seeing where these big companies are financially? And what their holdings are and where they have dispensed some of the company holdings into diversified stock holding positions, as it were for they will be claiming to try and turn a profit for the company? No that is not true? Stock investments of the Stock holders funds and the company money is gambling and at this time should be disallowed as we know that is just away to diversify funds and launder money into their own pockets! We need to police all of these Rich corporations and not trust it to the CEO's ANYMORE? All of this is by law Public info?

I agree they are goofs but in the long run rich goofs? so how goofy are they? Corporate structures are shielded and it is transparent, Smoke and Mirrors? Now you see the money and then we shuffle it off to another place and then we either play Pin the tail on the donkey? And sue or endict? Or we Play find a Needle in the Haystack after they have embezzled? It is a shame but true? Nothing we can do but ask for the Public records of their holdings and spend pro bono time on these cases if we really want to save this Nation from a total Financial Collapse? Yes reward them but make the total reasonable and not punitive damages of an enormous amount? If the person suing could not be worth in salary in a lifetime a million than don't give them a million? This country is not a roulette wheel? Where it pays off a windfall? Corporations are not to be gambled with or on? It is not suppose to be a target either for some that want to take out their frustrations? Not to say that the woman, husband ,and child are doing that but let us be objective and give accordingly and NOT MAKE A Federal Case out of it? Just pay it off reasonably, correct the problem within and restructure and move forward? WE NEED JOBS HERE and to keep pounding our chests and screaming is not going to make it happen?

YOU KNOW WE HAVE NEARLY COLLAPSED OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM WITH MALPRACTICE SUITS? And we have done plenty of damage to our Industry here in Corporate situations, and with Unions out pricing themselves the companies were driven out of the country to abandon us for jobs? Then we scream about paying more taxes? Well where is the money going to come from when we settle with individuals for enormous amounts of money based on what? They couldn't in most cases have ever made a million dollars in their life at these jobs? Let alone several million and one child? No I am not going for it? I am not saying they are wrong in suing or collecting but we have to think of others? When I say we I mean WE the People? Not be bias? I know when it happens to us individually it hurts but therefore cannot be objective that is why we must stay observant and objective, and completely aware of the ramifications of law suits? You are letting the lawyers take over here in this country? They get paid and they don't care for the most part about the working class that has to go to a job at a factory? They don't depend on that factory for a job? But we do? And that factory if put out of business, loses jobs, and then TAXES to be paid as well to survive in our goverment, let alone the unemployment tax, and the workman's comp that a factory pays every year? How do you expect to replace this money lost? By rewarding outrageous sums of money to individuals that have been wronged? Why are they being wronged making it right to make another wrong in the short and long run? We are in dire times right now! Not tomorrow? All of this could have been settled, and now by God will be settled but we the people need to start nipping these things in the bud before they get this far? We need to stop these side stepping routines and get to the crux of the matter right away! Then there would not be a year in Federal Courts, waste of time and money? Lawyers will just run the meter they don't care? They get paid? Working in that field I can tell you for sure we get paid! But what about the meat and potatoes guy? The worker what about him/her? and what happens when we are all out of jobs, and Sara Lee closes their doors in Deerfield? Like I said they have already discontinued one of their branches? Restructure and don't make a GM story out of this one?

Brenda Barnes as the CEO is a mother and so is this lady who is suing the company. state law must be followed for brenda but when her company gets a order for another mother they mess it up and drop the ball. they upper execsare racking in and have no regard for the law or decency. if the light is red you must stop, when you get a court order you my follow it. the article was about the departure of peggY foran, we are willing to bet she dropped the ball in giving reports to the CEO because is she did the CEO would not be out talkng publicly about all this mother stuff and how women should stuck together knowing her compnay is being sued for not submitting child support from and based upon a employee's wages. Randy Barnes ex-husband of Brenda Barnes has a court determine how much child support he was supposed to pay and Brenda got it...HEY BRENDA WHEN DO YOU PLAN TO PAY THE LADY HERS? PLUS ALL THE FINES AND PENALTIES YOU NOW OWE?
