1,000,000 out of 330,000,000 in 36 states since October. That is pitiful. Manchin, a Democrat Senator from W Virginia is afraid of a meltdown if Obamascam keeps doing so poorly. Plus, maybe a 1/3 of those already signed up might not really be ready to be used by January 1, 2014. And they still can't figure out how to bill the policy holder's. It is a gigantic mess. If they aren't going to repeal it, they should at least postpone it for a year until they work out all the kinks. This way, each time they meet a milestone, and it fails the Democrats, and Obama look like complete fools.

In California, just 47% of those who have signed up have received a private health plan. The rest were put on Medicaid.(And remember, these figures only include those who have signed up, but not necessarily paid their first premium). Dr. Scott Gottlieb,

You poor fools. People loved their insurance. They choose it. They used it, they paid for it, and it was cheaper, because they didn't have to also pay for all the deadbeats who will never work, and pay for theirs. You can't be that stupid. Or I guess you can.

However, because of the ACA Law there are more than 17 Million kids who once were locked out of the Insurance market who now can purchase a policy. There are approx 15 Million adults ;who were also locked out because of pre existing condition like strap throat and ear infections who now can purchase coverage.

there are tons of benefits up and down the American society, especially those for senior citizens that makes any repeal of the law to unlikely because it will have a negative impact on almost 49 Million citizens and the republicans don't have any alternative solutions.

57% of the nation wants minor fixes not a repeal, any attempt to repeal citizens rights to Health Care is certain to be met with political peril for the Republicans.

So the idea that poor people having access to health care is illogical should make for an interesting agenda item on the Republicans 2016 and 2014 political platform. Taking away rights to Health Care insurance should spake an equally interesting debate, especially with the republicans being void of resolutions to the Health Care crisis in America.

I don't think you can find that many citizens to vote against their interest, to this point the republicans haven't and have not been competitive in National campaigns.

But you are the communist chimp..........often well represented down at the sports complex there in Philly. It's a sad experience to see the chimps in Philly when I'm in town there at a Hockey or Football game.

If Dems just wanted to create and expand welfare programs, they should have made a case for that. They didn't because they knew the people who pay the bills wouldn't tolerate it. They had to mount a campaign of deliberate lies and now it's biting them as it should.
