Funny how that comment is made and he is still morn than likely going to only get 2 years. No wonder criminals repeat. Phil is a habitual and should be sentenced well above what he will end up receiving. He will settle with a plea bargain with none of the selling of drug charges to officers at all. 2 little charges and that's it, He is changing plea to guilty on Monday Sept 24th. This man is an habitual felony drug criminal, treat him like one. Anyone who want to come and try and uphold our laws and don't let him walk with a light sentence come support the law on Mon Sept 24 in Deuel County courthouse. He hurt alot of kids and still is selling this synthetic crap and the States attorney is going to let him get out of it with a plea..He may as well have gotten the misdemeanors. Talk tough but doesn't back it up.
