so what does butch get out of this? he gets off scott-free? wtf? the seller ought to be punished just as much as the buyer, don't ya think? so he's probably laughing about all of this, drinking away with his little clique there on covngton street. ha ha the jokes on everyone else - he'll get nothing out of it.

I can not wait to hear where all the stolen fuel went and then maybe if Frank is innocent people will think different of him. Who do you think bought the fuel?

Look at the u-tube video on "northcountrynewsnow " Frank demolished a church in Massena. There is an EPA violation in the video (no water was used to contol dust). Someone who can verify this should send this video to the EPA. EPA likes videos showing a violation, but then maybe I missed the use of water in the video.

Sounds like words from a cryass that didn't get the job. Jealousy gets you no where. How many people does Frank employ? Maybe you should worry about your own problems and not everyone else

Maybe he will go out of business and all his employees can colllect welfare and other government assistance like half of ogdensburg. When ever someone makes a few dollars you get jealous people trying to cut them down. Franks always treated me fair and puts food on my table

It looks to me to be an EPA violation, but I did not witness it, only saw the video. I guess if the folks of Massena enjoy breathing this junk in the air; so be it. The cancer rate in the North country is very high, could indifference
(by: "who cares cryass", "xxx", and "mike") be the reason. It is just as easy to make a profit and follow the law as to violate the law.

I would be carefull what I say about Mister Richards, he is a judge, and he can bring topix, into court. He has the ability of finding out who you are, and then deal with your ass.

Mister Richards is only a big fish in the local pond. Good he can bring a Topix user to court, but more than likely he only has an IP address. Too many open Wi-Fi router connections, now how does he prove who says what? Besides he is an elected official who has to be re-elected. His record is not a great one (more "get out of jail" than "go to jail"??????). Re-election is coming up, he needs it for full retirement.

The person with the router is responsible, he gets all of the blame. He doesn't have to prove anything, except who owns the router. He makes $100,000 per year, His term last 10 years. That's $1,000,000, I don't think he is worried about full Retirement pay.

Is that like making a phone call from a pay phone, then holding the phone booth responsible. Who is the individual that made the call???? Open is open for anyone to use, now catch them if you can.
