Chicago police owe the citizens of Chicago a refund of excessive pay and a 25% reduction in pay for FAILURE TO PROFORM DUTIES WE PAID THEM TO DO.

Thousands of unsolved homicides in the city few if any arrest, drug dealers selling drugs shooting unarmed citizens and the Chicago police fail to stop the drug seller, buyers, shooters??????

Chicago police under preform fail to protect and defend, track killers dealers.

not a penny more they should be forced to take a pay cut.
