Are you surprised?
Showalter has always been a tool. Of course he'd assert unnecessary aggression toward someone in a position unable to do anything back.
This is not shocking.

These are some BS charges. Everyone who's been in Jail knows if you don't lock down you get roughed up, cuffed up and thrown in the hole. You take it like a man and think twice before disobeying a COs order. I know everyone involved and know Tobias has said to multiple people including Greg Collins that Troxel in no way mistreated him. Jason is a kind hearted gentle giant who would give his last dollar or the shirt off his back to another CO or an inmate. I hope he gets reimbursement for all his time off and paid for what this has put him and his family through.

And I'm sure they will find the trail of corruption leads them right to the District Attorney's office.

State police were called in. They have to notify the Dept. of Correction since all Pa. county facilities have to mandate state guidelines of correction procedures. Guess who the DoC, in turn, notifies? Need a hint? Buy a vowel? Ask your mommy? Shaw can't beginning-to-end this even if he wanted to . Your autonomy doesn't hide your stupidity.
