California's top prosecutor said Tuesday it's up to local police agencies to decide whether to comply with federal government requests to hold illegal immigrants.

So, even if it is the law, some can chose to ignore the laws, just like the ilegals the want to shield...nice.

That's because the police force is comprised of generations of illegal anchors that have been sworn to protect their citizens, who are mostly generational illegal aliens and their anchors. California has lost the battle I'm afraid.

I don't even go to California.Hey US citizens, get yourself a gun. The police no longer offer what little protection they did.

They catch and release illegal alien criminals, so you have to shoot for the head.
