Couple indicted on multi-count rape charge

I am not even from this state but I am keeping track of this thread. I'm anxious to see the outcome. From everything I have read-they sure sound guilty. There are always those who are going to stick by "scums of the earth" just because they are "Christians" or they are family. I don't believe for 1 minute that this bunch of girls got together and made up this story to just ruin this couple's life. If they did what they are accused of-there is no punishment great enough-except in the pits of hell- for this couple. Anyone who would ruin a child's like don't deserve to live but it happens everyday all around us whether we want to believe it or not. Just seems like a lot of smoke not to be a fire.

To Kris and Redneck, I support these girls completely, but I think what the last couple of folks that have commented are really looking at the way the posts are threatening and demeaning. Yes, I believe Don and Bev are guilty, but you all need to either read or have someone else proofread your posts before you hit that "Post Comment" button. The typos, and the childish threats are a little off beat. I dont know if anyone from the courts get on here an read any of this or not, but if they do, you may have tainted the case. They could come after any of you for threats you have made to people. People get on here and merely state their opinions and you all smack 'em down with a threat to meet somewhere whether it be in the woods, or down by the gun shop. The courts will decide and hopefully make the correct judgement on this case. I as well, hope they are found guilty. May God give you all a sense of peace. Please stop with the threats that you post. It really sounds childish and its not necessary. I hope I have not offended you, but just trying to help you see what you sound like here.

i agree with all of you. but if you look at my comments. they are merely only to quite the people that are talking about my friends who have been through enough. these poeple have posted horrible comments on facebook and other sites. also, read back through my comments...i have not threatened anybody. trust me when i say, the victims in these cases have my back. i am here for support and to answer another thouhgt...all this bs on here or any site cannot be used in court...it is not slander nor can it hinder the case. it is just bsnter based on the facts. to all out there..have a nice day! also the typos you are so concerned with are called bacardi and coke. lighten up!

Don't worry, you are fine. I would probably be worse if these victims were my family or friends. Just please keep us up to date on what is happening. I truly believe in God and all he can do for us but sometimes what we want are not in his plans. But trust me, he will take care of them in his own way. Just stick by your friends and remember-there are total strangers "in your corner" too. I just hope and pray that these "beasts" get what is coming to them here on this earth. They should never be loose to victimize someone else. You have a good day also.

Please keep us posted. I check everyday to see if you or kris have updated us. I believe with all my heart they are guilty. If they are, I hope they pay for the rest of their lives cause it sure changed those girls lives forever.

Kris, I understand the frustration, this is my family, and its very difficult to swallow what Don and Bev have done, it really is. My heart breaks for the victims and I am in touch with them almost daily to make sure they are doing ok. I truly appreciate your support, just that some of the posts are kinda out of hand and I think if the judge were to read all this, it could taint the case, thats all I am saying. Stand up and protect them just use caution with your wording. Thanks for being there for them as well and protecting as best you can.

The only thing showing up at this time is on Bev, new attorney made an appearance, a demand for Discovery and for Bill of Particulars listed for her, nothing yet on Don other than paying for his electronic monitoring.

I understand where you're coming from, I really do. I have been a victim myself, of course, only my parents and close family members believed me. He got away with it and still lives comfortably in his home. His wife, my blood never believed it even though it also happened to her child. So anyone who gets justice, I will celebrate their victory! Just not with rum as I don't drink!
