Urban Blight (slum lords) always follows White Flight which occurred in the late 70's due to busing, many Whites left for the suburbs like Hilliard and Pickerington, schools closed like Central and North, and Blacks seized control. Once your educated tax base leaves cities always fall into decay.

Our reverse racist mayor recently was upset with the graduating class of fire fighters, saying there were "too many White Males."

There was no response from the union which is disgusting in the face of such a racist Mayor but with leadership like this, racist and incompetent Black, cities will always fall into decay.
