Again, thanks for judging a person before they were found guilty. Yes, there are several in this county that are doing EXACTLY the same thing.

Pain clinics and pill pushing Dr's are just as guilty as the lowlife on the corner selling drugs to our kids.We have become a nation of sissies who has to pop a pill for every pain under the sun, real or imagined. These same people then go and apply for disability, when they haven't held a job in years because they can't pass drug tests, and can't get up in morning to go to work, pathetic.

The first thing dea thugs did was to steal this doctor's money to make it difficult for him to mount a defense. This is usually don in these cases. I would bet money that this guy was a competent compassionate doctor who dea thugs thought was giving out 'too many' prescriptions for pain medicines. These thugs have no medical training at all and have no place in the doctor patient relationship!

if money is gotten by illigal means the dea should confiscate it.too many people on addicting meds provided by pain clinic doctors. Those people who have legitamit reasons for needing pain meds can get them, those people who abuse the meds should not be able to get them, its that simple.

I looked up the owner of the "pill mill" from Florida. At no point was the local doctor even mentioned in the indictment. It sounds like a get out of jail play to me. All pain management doctors know the others. Those that accept cash payments only are the biggest risk. A patient goes in gets the prescription from one pays cash for the meds then goes on to another.

What ever happen to innocent till proven guilty?

Be careful not to become a Police State, like have so many foreign governments or small town governments become using their police for profit?

For is that not called policing for profit if police, judges, or any others can freeze bank accounts, take peopleís money on the spot, who have not been to trial and proven guilty by a jury of their piers?

Are the drug stores, drug companies just as bad if any giving kick backs to any doctors or drug clinics encouraging more doctors to prescribe more pills? How many doctors are encouraged for profit because of education loans, deep student loans?

Can Love of Money become the "Roots of all Evils", even destroying freedoms?

If this particular dr. is innocent how do you suppose an indictment was brought against him? They had enough proof or it would'nt have happened, if he is not guilty there wont be anything they can use against him.I am passionate about this because of the downward spiral of family members and people I have talked to that are living this nightmare, and I speak out because it has become rampant, things dont get better unless people speak about it.

Why freeze his bank accounts if they did, for will that cause the taxpayer's to provide him with legal council not of his choice but of his ability to pay?
If proven guilty and the money he had was proven came from selling illegal drugs may be then but should his bank accounts be frozen before the trial and conviction?
Would it be better to pack and seal all doctor prescribed drugs, bar code, require thump print, photo Idís open books to the local police, monthly reports of inventory and sales to the state, available to other states with SS numbers required entered into a Federal Data Base?

I don't know the particulars about this recent bust I just know something has to be done If God forbid,we as a nation are over run by a foreign country we would have to depend on pill poppers to do what needed to be done, but that is just one scenario, what about the burden this puts on the disability system because more and more who are dependent on these meds end up not working and looking for someone else to keep them up.THis destroys families, believe me I know.A Dr. that is guilty of writing pain meds indiscriminently is getting rich by keeping people hooked, what ever happened to the oath Drs take "first do no harm"

They don't bring an indictment for no reason, I believe it takes 2 federal judges to sign off on it so they have to have solid evidence

A prosecutor can get a ham sandwich indicted. This doctor is a victim of dea thu8gas with no medical training and are out to STEAL his assets so he cannot mount a defense! It's what these slimeballs do--violate the rights of American citizens without remorse! If he was really guilty he would be in jail! This is just more extortion by dea thugs and sociopaths! I hope everyone that agrees with these sadistic policies gets cancer and cannot find a doctor to treat their pain because of the policies they advocate!

Again I say the original indictment does not name him. Young boy trying to get attention off himself for shorter sentence.
