It's a package deal. You can't refuse Kwame and allow Ferggy to run away. They must be together. Same sex marriage has always been allowed in prison.

No more silk shirts or underwear. Limited amount of extra helpings. No reason to keep in shape. No conjugal visits. Cigarettes and chits for money. Every day exactly the same. None of those cool hats.
No hurry on sentencing. Willingly knock this time off the 20 year sentence.

He is trying to work out a snitch deal to avoid the joint because he knows that in prison you cant wear your big-pimpin snapple hat. When they get convicted it's always the same line- "thats some bulllllll$hit dog"

He and Kwame are the big fish. They had a chance to deal for 12 years. They are out of bullets.
