Maybe if you weed out the false accusations of abuse from drunk crazy vindictive tramps your budget would be sufficient enough to provide services for the actual abuse victims. And the same goes for the abuse of restraining orders. Stop handing out restraining orders to every dumb trampy bitch who complains her boyfriend doesn't like her ******* other guys in his bed when he's at work.

Maybe the courts should punish the habitual trampy offenders who get multiple restraining orders on their boyfriend[s] and then violate their own restraining orders by contacting/calling/texting/goi ng to the homes of their allegedly abusive boyfriends.......as unpopular as this may be some of them are habitual liars

You're spot on with your post about the over-abundance of false accusations and abuse of restraining orders - not to mention that when this became the norm, the family court saw a dramatic plunge in sexual abuse allegations against fathers that were previously the routine occurrence.

Your second post suggests that the restraining order petitioner is under an obligation to abide by some restrictions contained in the order. In fact, the petitioner's liberties and freedoms are NOT restricted at all and [she] is even given protections against charges of criminal harassment, harassing phone calls, etc., relevant to efforts to contact, or communicate or interact with, the restraining order defendant and [his] friends and family - et seq.

Though NOT intended to extend imposed restrictions or impositions upon extended family, these abusively obtained restraining orders usually impact the "defendant's" family at the risk of [him] being arrested for a third-party "contact" violation. Police wrongly "advise" the "defendant's" family that they don’t have recourse; however, ch. 208 DOES give them the “right” to petition for visitation of the father’s children. Surprisingly, the Freeman Center is there representing the mother and children “advising against” such paternal extended-family interaction when children are involved.

Lastly, on the rare occasion when a man comes forward as a victim of domestic abuse, he is not given the same standards of protections and the woman abuser is not given the same sanctions, impositions, or restrictions. To no surprise when viewing the male victim and female abuser in the courtroom, one sees the Freeman Center standing with the female abuser making a frivolous counter-claim even when children, or the male victim, have been brought to the hospital because of injuries inflicted by the children’s mother or the female abuser.

There certainly are dirty drunken slutty abusive trollops out there who don't take care of there children and use the system to **** people over, and they get away with it. The courts encourage this ugly deceitful behavior and worst.

Domestic Violence Interventionism is a more than $3-Billion per year venture. Unfortunately, abuse of the Restraining Order process is viewed as a "Right of Passage" and an expectation to maintain funding.

Equally unfortunate is the fact that, when false accusations are evident, the police and district attorney don't pursue False Report of a Crime and/or Perjury charges. Doing that would skew the statistics and diminish the funding.

What’s even sadder? The male children of these mothers (and grandmothers and aunts) grow up to face the same experiences with false accusations from their spouses and are subjected to the abusiveness of the restraining order process within another generation – thus, reaffirming the funding. The whole thing is a vicious cycle, much like the revolving door of Welfare.

not one, not two, but three women in the same case are facing charges of filing a false crime report and witness intimidation, filing a false crime report and misleading a police officer. Three women allegedly lied to police. If they are guilty I hope they all get the maximum punishment for their alleged crimes and the maximum punishment the guy they lied about would have faced for the crimes he was falsely accused of. On Aug.20, the woman 24 year old Kelly L.Osoro allegedly told Police that her estranged boyfriend had broken into her Second Street apartment and was hiding inside with a revolver. Kelly L. Osoro's 51 year old mother and a 49 year old friend have also been charged. Really nice women.

Then you finally get completely pushed out of the child's life by the lies of a sociopath.

The war on the American Family structure rages on here in little Bolshevik Russia.
History does indeed repeat itself.
Subversion, decadence, degrading, depravity, defamation, degenerative thoughts and behavior, a hell on earth.
Amazingly those that ridicule people believing in a higher power when leaving this cesspool generally spend most of their lives ensuring the darkside is prevalent as to ensure the moral corruption of us all.

We were led to believe we were fighting communism/fascism during WWI & II. Little did we know we already had those factions existing in our own governing process back then that has steadily grown and come to fruition over time ever since.
