Get away, get to safety, but do not lead them to your home. Yes completely true, all of it. Poor Trayvon must have thought a pervert was trying to kidnap him. When Zimmerman accosted him he was defending himself and was murdered.

You sound just like those other Idiots who say that racism doesn't exist anymore because we have a Black President. You are either truly ignorant of the reasons for those laws or you deliberately blame those who are continually mistreated for being the reason for an historic economic collapse. I believe it's the latter. The same thing happens during presidential campaigns. Repugnants use minorities to whip up a frenzy in order to get as many votes as possible. According to the Repugnants running for president, if you lost or don't have a job, blame minorities; if you can't get a loan, blame minorities; the national deficit is because of minorities; let's blame minorities for whatever ails you. Now you come along and have the nerve to blame minorities for the financial and housing collapse specifically and the economic downturn broadly. YOU ARE OUTTA YOUR SICK GOD-FORSAKEN MIND. Let me remind you that people of MANY races and ethnicities participated in the housing collapse. And yet, it's not even them who made the rules or laws; it's not even them who made the loans, you big dummy! Tell me this...How do you explain that in a city where Blacks make up less than 3% of the population, there are thousands of foreclosures and thousands of underwater mortgages? Since your mind is on vacation, I'll just go ahead and tell you that those foreclosures and underwater mortgages mirror the rate of the population in that particular city. You're so hell-bent on unloading on a particular race of people that Truth and Facts and Common Sense flees from you. I can't blame them.

He had to wait for Zim behind the houses for a planned attack. That is YOU saying that happened. You have absolutely NO proof that happened. I'm not asking you for proof because it doesn't exist. If it did, you need to contact "pro bono" O'Mara. Such info does very little good on Topix. But Thug Zimmerman would be much appreciative and may mention your name in his upcoming Letter from a Florida Prison Cell.

And here we go again with this fallacy of chasing Martin down. He ran after Martin for about ten seconds and stopped. He stayed on the phone with 911 giving Martin enough time to crawl home if he desired. He never "chased" Martin down. He didn't have the physical ability. That's one of your many "if's." When did you learn that Trayvon "hid behind the houses"? Where did you learn such info? How do you arrive at "ten seconds" ? How do you know he actually stopped? I'm not gonna quibble with you about "chased" or "stalked" or "ran after" or whatever other term you care to use. You tell us, then... How the hell does Thug Zimmerman arrive at the location where he killed the child? He is a ways away from his vehicle. Did the trees drag him there? Or did the winds blow him there? YOU say the Thug "didn't have the physical ability" to run. REALLY???? What makes you an expert on that? Because the Thug Zimmerman weighs 204 pounds? HA! You never seen a 200-plus pound man run? I guess you're not a fan of the popular field game known as football, American style.

And because Trayvon was being chased by the lunatic, it's quite possible that Trayvon simply didn't remember how to get home exactly, being in unfamiliar surroundings at night.

Fact 2: Martin didn't run home. He stayed right where Zim lost sight of him. Fact 3: The confrontation was at the point where Martin stopped running. Fact 4: There is no evidence that Zimmerman pursued the chase after the 911 dispatcher suggested he not. In fact, the 911 tape clearly shows Zim quit running by the breathing pattern and the scraping on the phone stopped. Fact 5: Zimmerman stayed on the phone with 911 long enough for the thug to make it back to where he was staying even at a walking pace. Fact 6: Martin never attempted to call police or anybody else for help.

You mean to tell me that "somebody" or some people are teaching kids that if they are followed, not to seek shelter in their very own home and call police? WTF teaches that? Who teaches children to run in the open where they are vulnerable instead of going home or seeking shelter when away from home?
Show me one legitimate course or school that tells kids to stay away from their home when they suspect trouble. Since you know about what is NOT taught, tell me this... Is it taught to children by their parents that they should answer questions by someone following them in the dark with a loaded gun who doesn't even tell you who he is? (Not that whoever the hell he is makes any difference). Is that what parents teach? Careful now...I already know the answer.

Why do you think the feds reduced regulation on home loans and down payments? For the white people who could afford those down payments and loans? It was pandering to a voting base: the minority voting base who constantly cried discrimination because they were not credit worthy. They used their race to make unfounded claims instead of blaming themselves which is very typical for Democrats. Regulators cannot make laws based on race. When they write new regulations, it has to apply to all. So yes, many people took advantage of the new regulations, but they were not written for them. They were written specifically for minorities. This started back in the Carter days with the Community Reinvestment Act, or CRA for short. In exit legislation, the Carter administration incorporated sub-prime loans under the premise that it was for people who desired to purchase a new home first and sell their existing home at leisure. Sub-prime loans were the culprit in the housing collapse. Sub-prime loans furthered Carters goal of expanding CRA's. Banks would never make loans to unworthy borrowers unless there was an insurance policy of some kind. That insurance policy was to sell those loans to investors, and that's how the market collapsed.

What responsible parents do not teach kids is to lurk behind houses and wait for your victim to attack him while high on pot.

YOUR fact 5...that is known as your assumption. YOUR fact 4...the 911 tape does not show that Thug Zimmerman stopped going after Trayvon. That is another assumption of yours. YOUR fact 3...that's another assumption of yours.(Be careful of how you try to present things. If you say this is where Trayvon RAN to...how could it take your physically-unable-to-run Thug Zimmerman only ten seconds to get there?). HA! HA! HA! YOUR fact 2...again, you need to learn the difference between fact and assumption. YOUR fact 1...an assumption to cover for Thug Zimmerman. There is absolutely NO evidence to back up that LIE. If you want to present your assumptions, that's fine and dandy. But don't try to masquerade them as facts. It just doesn't work.

You run from him and hide behind some houses until the opportunity for attack comes along. He hangs up the phone, and starts walking to where he last seen you not suspecting you are still there. You viciously attack him and he continually screams for help. The louder he screams, the more you enjoy it and the harder you hit. Finally he pulls out a gun to blow your dirt-bag azz away, and because of national media, he ends up facing a murder charge. He should have stayed in his vehicle as he should have. . . "The encounter between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin was ultimately avoidable by Zimmerman if Zimmerman had remained in his vehicle and awaited the arrival of law enforcement or conversely if he had identified himself to Martin as a concerned citizen and initiated dialog (sic) in an effort to dispel each party's concern. There is no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any criminal activity at the time of the encounter."

Fact 2, nonsensical and you don't know what happened. Fact 3, probably true. When he realized the little man complex was chasing him. But again you don't know what happened. Fact 4, Zimmerman was no longer talking to 911, he had called on the non emergency police department number. He returned to his vehicle so LE would think he was following instructions. Then after disconnecting, he exited his vehicle and gave chase after his intended victim. Fact 5, complete lie. He returned to his vehicle so LE would think he was following instructions. Then after disconnecting, he exited his vehicle and gave chase after his intended victim. Fact 6, complete lie. Trayvon's phone had been knocked out of his hand by his murderer. He did call for help when he realized his stalker intended to kill him. You don't know the differences between fact, what you think happened and what you make up to suit your racist argument.
