The checks were made out to someone, someone had to sign them, cash them, and do something with the money. WHERE IS IT?? It's hard to pee away $880,000.00 in Saltville.
I, as a tax payer need to know.

I believe if it was a grant and not used as it should, it can be recalled. Not for sure about this.

what about the water and sewer grant, what happened to the funds? The people are still paying like 75 to 100+ a month bill for the service, that went in in the early part of 2000...they done got rich on that.

What happened to all the olin grants sent in here to help the people after the closing? Ain't that just like the ambulance service?
