Stop all the crying loser, you lost; STFU! Try winning an election so you can see how great it feels to win, and then your side can run things and do whatever they want… like we are doing now. But I have some bad news for you: It will be generations before your side ever sees the inside of the White House again.
But at least I get to rub in the fact that you lost and that OBAMACARE was deemed CONSTITUTIONAL, LOL!
As the largest tax in American history, congratulations.

The Republicans said no to tax rate increases, yes to tax reform, Obama wants tax reform, well, here it is.

Obama extended them, so now they are the Obama tax rates, and it is Obama that wants to raise his tax rates.

Democrats will not bring President Obama’s fiscal cliff plan to a vote on the floor, conceding the proposal would not receive the votes needed to pass.

Your response makes no sense. More examples of the Senate's so-called loyalty to Obama, have they yet passed, or even voted on an Obama budget, jobs bill, tax increase (other than Obamacare), "Fiscal Cliff" plan?

Get ready for medical costs to rise, out of our pockets.

Obama ran on giving special favors to various precisely targeted special interest groups, and to his credit, he was able to buffalo enough people to gain a 3% margin among voters. Now, they will expect him to deliver, but he is under no obligation to. He has no need to buy votes anymore.

"Tax increases on the wealthy" is an ethereal term with no real meaning..kind of like "saving or creating jobs". The "wealthy" is always some other person..until the Obama administration moves the goal posts, and then the wealthy is you.

Are medical devices only used by the wealthy?

Barack Obama has become one of the modern masters of saying absolutely nothing meaningful, despite uttering thousands of words.

*sigh* You sir/Ma'am are an idiot.

The individual mandate is what was ruled on. Not the entire law. And yes they ruled the individual mandate as constitutiona; as being a tax.

The law as a whole is not constitutional as the government does not have the authority in article 1 section 8 of the constitution to deal with healthcare.

How about you read the constitution and understand before you even try to use it as a basis of an argument.

Hmmmmm,

If I remember correctly, Obamacare was not supposed to be a tax. but it is. And apparently there are 23 different taxes inside of the bill.

So it's a tax and not a tax?

Ahhhh yes, 1984 word speak at it's finest.
