Judges refuse to shoot down NY's concealed-weapons law
A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals ruled unanimously that the law requiring individuals to demonstrate "proper cause" to obtain a license to carry concealed handguns in public does not violate the Constitution's Second Amendment.

Hmm, looks like those judges need THEIR gun permits revoked.

I can think of creative ways to revoke them too. It's hard to use a handgun when it's filled with tar and coated with feathers. In New York it's "May Issue" but it's more of a "Screw You" system.
