Why didn't Hose immediately send off the materials? No huge loss though, at least Laboy (emphasis on Boy) is off the streets, PERMANENTLY. Now if somehow we can get the two OTHER scumbag/greaseballs PERMANENTLY off the streets.

This case is a joke and the prosecution should be ashamed. They rolling the dice with these two young gentlemens lives just because they have no other leads. The family is looking for complete closure not just random individuals to point the finger at. There is no evidence other then the testimony of someone who has immunity in the case that will say anything in order not to be included in the crime.

Them 2 punks are guilty hope they find them guilty and execute them right away. It is a shame they may get off because the detectives didn't care about the victim.

The blood should have been sent. Gun shot residue is about as reliable as a jailhouse snitch anyway. Besides the fact that you don't do gun shot residue testing in a case where you already know a gun was fired. Hello the guy had bullet holes in him, of course he was near GSR. That kind of testing is used when you have a suspect in custody near the time of the shooting and he is denying firing a gun. The bottom line is Scott Hose was the detective at the time, he should have seen the evidence was sent in. Don't blame the new detectives for getting handed a bag of steamers and then trying to make something worthwhile out of it. Sometimes mistakes are made and cases are lost. Sucks for the Victim's family. Should have sent the blood.

The trial testimony was that the test cost 6000 dollars and initially there were no suspects. Hose retired and the new guys didn't see what happened. Its a classic Rebert screwup. The prosecutors don't look at the case until day of trial.

How you now if their guilty, your comment was stupid. Before you go judging some one, karma is a mfker so be careful how you talk about people.Wait until you get caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Its millions of innocent people locked up because of that. You cant judge a person because of their past, everybody got skeletons in their closet but some people have to go threw the shame of their past in the media, newspaper. Its millions of people that have changed for the good regardless of their past.Mistakes happen, problems occur,it happens to the poor, rich, sad, glad, happy. Its what you make of the outcome and faith is the utmost tool to beat it.So before you go judging a person, check yourself .Leave that up to the lord Jesus Christ. When judgment day come your fate might be worste than theirs for trying to judge people and being a hypocrite.(Gods love is the best, humans cannot make or have the love God has, human love and Gods love is way different-LILFACT)

Well, I NEVER thought that I would agree with "Marlin", but PLEASE do not NOT TELL me that this Scott Hose is the same Scott Hose who had the "problems" with the
DUI and accident! How did this guy get hired by the County? Didn't the city tax payers of pay enough? I realize, if it is the same one, that his famous and distinguished father had pull. Additionally, I believe that Scott was the President of the police union, but hire him again? I am sorry but this is exactly why the "cronyism" should NOT BE allowed. There are soooo many people "out there" with experience and skills that could have used the job, yet as always seems to be the case....ex-cops become either constables, deputy sheriffs, or worse, district magistrates. Of course, in York County, as long as they are registered Republicans, that is ALL that matters. Of course, it could be a different "Scott" then I could "wake up from my dream" of agreeing with "Marlin" and apologize for this post.

So you believe in God and Karma?? Interesting. Mistakes happen? A mistake is an accident, not a wanton and willfull act. I'm not saying they are guilty, but killing someone is not a mistake. Sin is not forgiven without contrition.

Damn Shame! Laboy just got off work and was walking to be with his child. He gets murdered and the evidence collected doesn't make it out the patrol car glove box?? That's REAL comforting isn't it York...smh
