This is sickening, you have an Officer who is supposed to uphold the Law...He breaks it, like a common thug, and here he is getting a plea deal that would allow him to become an Officer, AGAIN!! How many lives do corrupt Officers ruin with lies and false reports. We need to set it in stone so that when an Officer breaks the Law and abuses the trust we give them...They pay 10 times the penalty that an ordinary citizen would receive..This will weed out scumbag Cops and let them know that they are not above the Law, and if you want to take a chance on getting away with something, you will pay dearly. The job of Police is Protect and Serve... That does not mean each other!!! What a dirtbag!!!

poor heath lol.... go figure he would screw up
The RPD would hire him.
Violating people's civil rights and lying is how they operate. |
Just like you would...one law, not two. |
"themselfs"? |
Aren't Cops supposed to be Law abiding citizens? Change the Constitution... Unless of course Cops know when they sign up that they intend to be lying dirtbags. Why would they be afraid to be held to a higher accountability? After all they want to hold everyone accountable for their actions. Maybe you have a couple crooked Cops in your family... Just a thought.... |
Or if he plays his cards right, he could be the Chief in Greece... Lucky citizens of Greece! |
More Wayne County nonsense.
There is NOT a single day that goes by where there isn't news somewhere about a bad cop/law enforcement officer/lawyer/judge doing something illegal, being charged or being convicted of a crime.
Trusting the Foxes to guard the hen houses. |
They do the same thing in Gates too. |

There is a way to hold these Police accountable, GET YOUR VIDEO CAMERAS ROLLING!! If you see someone being stopped by Police, start rolling your film. If we do this consistently, these guys will crap their pants...They have cameras in our neighborhoods...Turn about is fair play...After the community starts showing they are not going to let them run the streets without accountability and there is a chance that someone is going to catch them on film... They will look over their shoulder before they do something stupid. It is time to watch the watchers and stop all of this nonsense. Why do businesses put up security cameras? For a deterrent, because if you are caught on film there is no way to lie, a picture tells a thousand words.Let these rogue Cops know we will not tolerate Violations of our Civil Liberties. If we do start filming everything they do they will get the message.Police do not want to be painted with a large brush because of a few bad apples, neither do we. This whole Innocent until Proven Guilty is a load of crap, one Cop lies the other swears to it. What do you think would happen when the first Cops get caught in a lie on film? They will come to the realization that they are not above the Law, and more importantly they will understand that the purpose of their job is not to walk around with an arrogant attitude disrepecting citizens while trying to command respect for themselves through intimidation. If they want to keep the Public in check, we can play that game also. GET YOUR CAMERAS ROLLING!!! CATCH THESE LIARS AND GET THEM OFF THE STREET!! If our Elected Officials want to continue to back them, THEN VOTE THEM OUT!! Get out in the street, let these Police know we are watching them, ask their names, let them know we are not all bad people!!!

Larry Andolina needs to retire. He is 0 for 20 in his cases lately!! Parinello and he need to retire to bad lawyer land.
Do not forget Palmyra, he would not even have to move. Merrit Rahn spoke on behalf of one of Palmyra's re-treads (the former Chief in Mt. Morris)by vouching for him to the Village Board (fortunately to no avail, at least in Mt. Morris) |

I don't know what everyone's 'beef' is. The punishment DOES fit the crime. He abused his power, and got busted. He will not be able to find another job as a cop. His career is over. End of story. Just like "Pig"nato and Nick Joseph. Rahn and Ball will also get theirs (provided there is enough evidence...no one gets convicted without evidence in America). This is not the first time officers have conducted themselves inappropriately, and I'm sure it won't be the last. It is the nature of having authority, and cannot be avoided. All we can do is serve justice when caught. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED HERE.
Gheeeze! Justice has been served for all of them, yet you all continue to whine about it. There were no injustices here. What's everyone's problem anyway? Get a grip on reality people! |
This is only the TIP of the problem in Macedon. How about an Officer that claims overtime pay for hours he did not work. He gets caught. The Chief still OK's the pay knowing the Officer did not work the hours. They are now both caught. What happens you ask? How about going to the DA with this? Problem with this is, if Officer is charged so will the Chief. We can't do this. Now we allow the Chief to "retire", Officer is charged with charges below a Felony. While all of this is happening the local newshound for the Wayne County Law & Order weekley has NEVER printed a word on any of this. I'm sure it wasn't because it was election time in 2008. Ron had to be sure every Republican/ Conser. got reelected. How high up the Officials chain did this one go? |
As I said, this is not the first time, nor will it be the last. I have not heard anything about this case you speak of...but where's the proof? It's just an allegation, which YOU, apparently, are the only one who knows about it. whoptee dooo. If your allegations are true, AND CAN BE PROVEN, then they'll probably end up in the same shoes as Merit Rahn. Otherwise, it's just an allegation. Do you propose we circumvent the legal process and burden of proof for cops? Good luck finding someone to call when there's an intruder in your house then. I think too many of you just hate cops. I'm NOT a cop myself, and I personally have had some bad experiences with them...however, I've also had some positive experiences with them too. You've got to look at everything on a case by case basis. CLEARLY, the majority of cops who were accused of wrongdoings have been convicted and justice served. I still don't know what you're all complaining about. |
