As they should! Vallejo PD had no right to raid or confiscate the lawfully owned property of these citizens.

That's how they end up getting shot. When a uniform tells you to do something, you do it. If they were wrong you handle it in the courts

What? Ahhh, no. Telling a POliceman to do his job and get a search warrant is within your rights. Demanding a supervisor on scene is within your rights. Nobody, not even you, can tell me doing anything like that will get me shot by a pig cop.

Obviously your dealings with lawyers and courts is different than mine. Afraid to say it but "justice" is rather subjective.

But you do have a point - the number one cause of death due to cannabis is police.

I would say there are more deaths caused by armed robberies involving pot. And yes I agree it should be legalized
