When the city finally gets around to regulating this business and limits the number of shops, should those who have already started here without caring about whether they were permitted by zoning laws be eligible for consideration to be one of the permitted shops?

Federal law is the supreme law of the land. Possession, cultivation, sales and use of marijuana is illegal according to federal law which always trumps state or municipal laws.

The Vallejo PD needs to be investigated by the DEA.

@ copycat attorney aka spammy nice try bone breath you know nothing about law except your extensive criminal conviction history if you werent such a dummy you wouldent have been busted so many times
whats it been 15 --20 times for adult convictions
