Well I may say yes too. Retirement plan will only help in the future. I have taken personal retirement plan for myself from Birla Sun Life (@http://insurance.birlasunlif e.com) just to be on a safer side of the boat when I grew old. It will be a financial security too for my loved ones.

It would be you call in this. Would be you be able to save much on your business till you retire then you do not need it; however if you are unsure about it then probably you will need one. Retirement plan is always advisable for a better retired life when there will be no source of income at your rescue. Check with financial experts in your neighbourhood and decide wisely. As for me I have taken retirement pension plans from Bharti AXA Life to enjoy the receiving guaranteed retirement amount plus vested retirement bonuses.@www.bharti-axalife.co m

It depends if you do not have any plan on passing your business to someone else like your relatives. If you plan to retire, yes a retirement plan is necessary.
