Someone needs to give the jury a little cheese to go with that whine!!! There's nothing she or anyone else on the jury can say to possibly excuse themselves for making their horrific decision.

What do you mean you donít know what happened to Caylee? If you feel sick, itís because YOU didn't do your job, not because the State didn't prove their case. OMG.
What don't you get about cause of death can't be determined when the murderer hides the body well enough until skeltonized ? How is a baby in the woods an accident ?
The only one who knew where the body was Casey and she wasn't talking because she had more important things to do. No time to call 911 ? No time to tell one single person that her daughter died ???
This is a good mother ? One who doesn't work, lies about it and steals to live - and then says her father and her brother sexually molested her ?
Oh, yeah, Judge told you to disreguard that. UT OH another BIG ASS LIE --- and this person who would say the most horrible thing a daughter could say if untrue --- and you dont trust George !!!
If there is any logic in there, I can't find it.
Either you are on psych meds or you need to be.
Or maybe some of those pills that helped Cindy magically remember things she was too traumatized
to remember years ago !! Lies, excuses & bullcrap.
You think you can say the state didn't prove the case and thats going to excuse your sloppy judgement ? No one believes that, and you and your 11 cousins made a huge mistake the whole world watched on the internet.
As if our crime rate isn't bad enough, now people know FLORIDA IS THE PLACE TO COME AND COMMIT CRIMES !!!! Thank you for that too.
So, how did you feel when you found out she is a 6 time convicted FELON ? And she initially plead not guilty then too, but Bank of America & Target & on & on - had tapes of her, so she finally plead guilty on that.
Too bad she didn't make a home movie of how SHE KILLED CAYLEE so you would KNOW what happened.
Because of you and your merry little band, I will never have any faith in our legal system again.
YOU 12 failed CAYLEE and the whole world knows it.
Too bad you never will. The American dream is DEAD
Last thing - I would never buy any book or buy any product you guys might endorse. Most of us never want to hear anything you have to say because you have as much credibility as Casey.

I will never believe in the jury system ever again. I feel sorry for anyone ever convicted by a jury in the past. You have expressed my thoughts and feelings.

Totally agree.Makes me want to puke when I hear this woman say "There was high morale" and we all joked. Was she at a trial for a little 3 year old girl? Sounds like they were having a hot time!!

If the jury really felt that they were unable to convict based on the evidence presented, why are they making excuses and claiming "they were sick" now? If the verdict is something they really felt then they should stand behind that decision and not offer lame excuses or claim how broken they are now feeling.

I do not agree with the verdict and I truly believe that this jury wanted nothing more than to get out of there and go on a cruise or go home and start signing with agents. If the jury was split 6-6 at the half way point in deliberation, what great orator was able to sway them to a unanimous decision of not guilty? Share the argument with the rest of us. I'd bet money, marbles or chalk that the turning point was "we will make a LOT more money with a not guilty verdict than with a guilty one".

I think at this point Casey Anthony and her attorneys Are laughing their butts off and will do anything to keep her name in the news to hike up the price of that first interview or picture. I for one will turn the set off, walk right past any publication that allows Casey Anthony and Company to profit even one cent on the death of this child.

How sad that a two year old was forgotten in this trial. It wasn't about Caylee, it was about George and the manufacture of Casey as the "Ultimate Victim". Everybody forgot Caylee, her mother, her grandmother who lied to protect the woman who killed her and sadly the jury. Hope your cruise and your visit to Disneyland was worth the price.

Interesting how no one has noticed the NY times article that the prosecution LIED to the jury and did not disclose evidence given BY their own expert that he was wrong . They hid it from the defense and the jury. The jury held the state accountable as they were instructed they had to do! No convicted (some put to DEATH) that are shown to be innocent thru DNA .. Sure tunes would be changed if you were arrested wrongfully . IN ORDER TO PROTECT your rights casey Anthony was given a fair trial like we all get when accused. Point ur comments and scream at the state attorneys

Someone else who has never been on a jury in a criminal case. Your theories are ludicrous.

Yep. Assault and robbery at a gas station. We pondered acquittal due to two instances of prosectorial misconduct during the trial, but the judge wouldn't let us. We finally convicted after getting better video of the crime. Took five hours of deliberation.

But to suggest that people would find not guilty so they could get better media deals is just beyond belief. The prosecution didn't prove their case in the Anthony trial. I barely followed it and got that. It's all the suckers listening to Grace et al that are outraged.

It is proletariat talibangelical southern trash like you who should scare EVERYBODY about juries.
The case boils down to this: They had a stinky trunk, a dead body and experts testifying how she died. THEY HAD NOTHING ELSE. They didn't have INTENT, a necessary element to prove murder.
Anybody or anything could have killed her ... a boyfriend, a swimming pool, leaving her in a hot car, overdosing her on drugs intended to temporararily calm her ... but none of this is first degree murder.
Don't get me wrong, she did something and/or knows something, but you have to PROVE it in court. If you can't prove it, you can't convict.
If we start to convict people because of your intuition, that's called railroading. How many innocent men have to be exonerated to prove that people like you don't know what you're talking about?
THE JURY SHOULD BE CONGRATULATED!
You're as dumb as that clueless jury.

If you barely followed it how could you possibly think you know what you're talking about? Or do you always blather on about things you admit that you know nothing about?

You CANNOT come to a verdict of first degree murder without either "homicide" as cause of death or without a confession. When you are on a jury, you have to go by the facts presented, not your feelings. I very much doubt the judge said what you thought you heard.
Homicide WAS written as the manner of death, due to the circumstances, the fact that she was found triple bagged with duct tape on her skull, the lack of reporting an accidental death and the fact that Casey lied her ass off.

Why do you think the jury didn't rule on emotion? That's all they ruled on. They ignored the trunk forensics, they "thought casey seemed like a good mother", they convicted George who wasn't on trial and they expressed the idea that they may have ruled differently if the death penalty wasn't involved.

Emotion is ALL they ruled on. They ignored the direct and circumstantial evidence.
