When you don't have the facts, issue and law on your side stay away from a judge. The defense explanation for not having the pre-trial immunity hearing is pure BS and says loads about the weakness of their case.

Defense is trying to spin this one every which way. But, at the end of the day, O'Mara is terrified of putting his client on the stand. He's a liar and at the end of the day, not a very good one.
