A plea deal should have never been offered to a person committing such a horrific crime. Prosecutor should be ashamed and fired.

Yes Mad taxed she was........

This week this scumbag filed papers rescending, after confessing in open court, his confession saying he was coerced, again after saying in court he was not, by police and his lawyer and was told his wife would be arrested as well if he didn't confess. He also claims now that he can prove he wasn't near the scene of the crime.
