did he have a fling with an underage girl like so many of them do?
too bad more of them dont get caught. and they wonder why the publics confidence in them is so low. when you live as though you are above the law and with no regard for it, you cant expect people to follow that old 'do as i say and not as i do thing'. based on the charges, he had an "affair" with a young girl and she probably through a fit when he wouldnt "marry" her and busted him. so the officer can not have his cake and eat it too this time. so hes going to extremes to fake out his peers with the bogus mental issues. oh please. grow up and face the music. the party is over.

PBSO Deputy Kyle Yates, one of their "Heroic Sworn", is on the run like any common criminal. Yet another degenerate disgracing law enforcement and the badge. There should be an extra penalty on the books for a member of law enforcement that goes bad and breaks the law. Your run of the mill common criminal is not sworn to uphold the law. Law enforcement officers are sworn and should pay a price for betraying the law and their oath..

Only one of many. The SS and their comrades in the State Attorney's office will find a "lack of evidence". Never forget who the PBA endorses and follow the money.

Not as incompetent as your mother for raising a fool. They investigated and arrested one of their own who was doing wrong. I am glad to see at least one police agency doing the right thing. This is a heck of a lot more than these city police agencies in this county are doing. I live in Boynton Beach, now they are incompetent.

What difference does it make? Capitol sexual battery means it was a small child. It's pathetic.
Excellent job PBSO.
Hunt these perverts down and bring them to justice.

they probably let him run away, they always take care of their own. How many other kids did he rape on the way? And, he still has the police department weapons.

"MOunted Officer"...yeah, I guess so...he was mounting small children. Nothing makes me more sick than someone who is supposed to uphold the law violates it.
