According to Title 75 you need to be doing at least 51 ( more 5 mph over the limit) to be cited for speeding and more then 10 mph over if they are clocking you with an electronic timing device and the marked speed limit is less then 55. I would also look at the pendot maps and make sure the speed zone is properly marked, it isn't

This goes to show you how stupid Yelito is, He knows he can't hold that position by law. Instead of stepping down months ago and walking away he is staying, the other idiots on council are too dumb to boot him now its all over the newspaper. He has no case whatsoever so the longer he stays the worse he looks. But I guess it doesn't matter because coaldale won't boot there peter puffing mayor either. All there worried about in coaldale is sitting on the highway with there stopwatch. How about all the ppl on crystal meth in town go after them, they can start right up the street from the police station.

Yelito is a filthy rat. He knows how to talk a good game. He wants to protect Coaldale, but he does not want to pay hos medical bills. No problem for him tough. He owns his car and his building. He already has a criminal record. Who cares if his credit is bad. Friggin' scum.
