The U.S. Supreme Court won't question the EPA 's fundamental finding that greenhouse gases are a big environmental threat, but the justices will decide how far the agency's authority to regulate those gases extends.

The EPA are a bunch of doper hippies out of control. They recently had to be reigned in by courts for trying to regulate storm water runoff.
Putting doper hippie Communists in control of environment issues, when their claims have repeatedly been shown to be not only wrong, but destructive, is counter to good governance.

chinese communists(always small letters) kill half a million Chinese citizens per year because they have no EPA. The thoughts of "colddeadtrout" are in error, supported by its lack of science & mathematics degrees, & no science, chemistry, astronomy, physics, algebra & pre-calc in its poorly earned hi skule DEE-plooomaa, if "colddeadtrout" even has a hi skule DEE-plooomaa.
