Placing a ghetto thug in charge of a police department was a malevolent act. Of all the people whom should be honest Harper and the AJ of the US should be beyond reproach. Sadly both have shown us by their criminal actions their elevation to their positions was a bad decision based upon more than their morality or competence. It is a sad society which can't trust their lawmen or justice dept.
