I know this looks bad and it is but this police beating is nothing compared to what police in tn do in the smaller communitys.Over the years police in tn have committed some cruel and sadistic acts on its poorer citizens acts that could be compared to what the NAZIS SS did in NAZI GERMANY.But since the media in tn is police controlled those stories never seem to get out so we just prey that our family's want be the next victims of sadistic and brutal police that's all we can do.

If I remember right there were two cops, one being a dick and hitting a person in a wheel chair, and the cop two that just stood there doing nothing when his job says he has to stand against people that do wrong. Why should the public fallow the law if are own cops won't, I think both of those cops should go to jail so that they can understand that the law is the law even if your friend is the one breaking it.

I for one am glad the police officer that did this is being brought to justice!! No individual should have to be abused. I don't care if there black, white or Native American. The police officer should never be allowed to come in to contact with any Tax Payers!!!

all over the nation there are repeated acts of police brutality. sometimes the officers are formally charged but never face any real consequences. they are fired and lose their pension, maybe probation.

police officers can violate the bill of rights at their discretion and they know it.

Are the Taxpayers of Duluth continuing to pay his salary while on (administrative leave). Do you want a cop that beats up drunk old men in wheelchairs watching out for your kids? How many lives have been destroyed by the LAW for much less with a conviction that ruins your lives while he punches out a guy in a wheelchair?
Pussy Duluth Cops like pulling the Hair of old men in wheelchairs and then using there heads for a punching bag.

He could have been put in one of those restraint chairs, punched in the head so many times he passed out and work up in his cell covered in his own body fluids. Some Don't Care.

I see 3 officers in the room in the picture in this story. One writing at a desk and the other two standing over the man in the wheel chair who was arrested. It seems to me they could control him without punching him in the face and then knocking the wheel chair over.
