So not only do they let a animal abuser walk away with 30 days but also a drug addict that they had a slam dunk case against! How is it you go from more then 50 counts of animal cruelty felony drug charges (which holds a prison sentence) to misdorminor drug charge and one count of not providing substance? I think his family and friends should be leary of his new job singing!

30 days for 16 ounces of pot. Looks like a new business that could operate in this community. Looks like the DA and new judge are a laugh to the community. No wonder that Fort Plain is a drug haven.

Well that's just saying it ok to do this to animals and grow pot why not to it if you are only going to get 30 says that's why there so much off it the law works well with them

It's the mentality in this area. Skum run free while the hard working law abiding people are over taxed and made accountable when they break the law many fines lots of jail. Look at the trend. Welfare fraud doesn't scare these people either because they get probation for a year then can reapply. really sad. so watch in a few months they will have another Kennel up an running with the support from Fort Plain Code officer, and their slum lord, and the police. Something fishy is going on here.
