Awesome ruling. The Feds are not going to let the states go back to any ol' voting regulations they choose, as in the days of Jim Crow and literacy tests and such.

Excellent ruling, libs and cons agreed on this one. Of course Unca Tom and Scalito disagreed, but they should be removed from the Court anyway.

Oh, goody. Now we can bring in some European illegal aliens and vote them multiple times, look up some dead white people, and vote them, and soon there will be more Democrats, and Republicans voting then there are registered voters. I can't wait until the elections are completely destroyed by corrupt politicians. Stop printing ballots in any language but English, and we can weed out the illegals.

Poor Prof, can't defend his scandal ridden President any longer. Has to resort to childish name calling. It's O K. We have come to expect that kind of behavior from the losers.

You get what you deserve. When you come on here and lie, every SINGLE day, about Obama, Dems, libs, what's going on in the country and the world....when EVERYTHING YOU SAY is either spun, twisted, or just completely false....then you're going to get mocked and insulted.

You EARN the right to serious discussion, Rightie troll. You haven't done that to date.

They all need to be removed and term limits placed on these jokester justices. Their latest rancit ruling contradicts many of things states do with federal data such as your social security number. The kangaroo court also said if the states get appoval for the federal government and courts they can set up a program that requires things like a citizenship test-so the law theoretically can change with adminstration or changes in 'leadership'.

Beside relying on the honor system will their be any prosecutions for perjury or falsifying documents once it's discovered someone has falsified voter registration documents?

The jokester justices in the blackmailed activist court delagating to their clerks and aides basically made the voter register form the equivilent of one of those furniture tags that say don't remove under penalty of law.

If you'd said that after 'Citizens United' decision, I'd be more likely to agree. Nothing wrong with THIS decision, though, so it sounds like sour grapes on your part.

Unless you can show us that massive voter fraud you seem to think is or will be taking place....?

If you have to show identification to board an airplane,
cash a check, buy liquor or check out a library book,
but not to vote who runs the government ...
You might live in a country run by idiots.

Homofascism is alive and well in America. Ernst Roehm, head of the SA Stormtroopers, homosexual, along with The German "Brownshirts" lofted Hitler into power. Check it out.
Gay history month.

Why would a psycopath like Roehm and his legion of homosexuals be my idol? You're the one that is gay here, you're the one siding with this fascist and borderline communist empire. You're the fruit wishing to infringe upon my 1st and 2nd amendment rights while crying like a little b!tch cus most states don't recognize your dangerous, destructive, and depraved sexual behaviors.

All Arizona has to do is pull the federal registration form, put the state form in it's place and use that unless the federal form is specifically requested.

An Arizona driver's license is required for the state form and proof of citizenship is required for the driver's license, in conformance to the REAL ID Act.

You bring up Nazis, Roehm, babble about gay fascists....who started this? You did. You have the obvious interest in this perverse, off-topic discussion, I don't.

You're literally insane, abusive, and possibly violent. Dismissed, punk.

Until the next lawsuit and trip to the courts, anyway. Getting around laws and legal rulings would be typical of the far Right, though. If they disagree, they think they can just disobey.

The basis for a lawsuit would be.......... what?

The Democrats excel at skirting the laws as well.

Which is neither here nor there, of course. The basis? I'll let the lawyers decide specifics, but it's obviously an end-run around this ruling.

Only if they refuse or fail to provide the "motor voter" forms.

If ya want insane, abusive, and possibly violent take a gander at psycopath Shillary sitting with James Baker laughing her arse off stating "We should provoke a war with Iran"
It is all relevant because these sychophants are just as sexually depraved as you and run the world!
