"Food: not everyone eats tacos and burritos.

"Music: not everyone dances to salsa; there are more music styles than mariachi.

"Dress: not everyone wears a sombrero.

So where's the negative statements? Are these guys saying that all Mexicans do eat tacos and wear sombreros because that sounds a lot more racist then the Target memo.

What Target said is true. Since when do people get sued for telling the truth.

Another lame ass lawyer looking for a payday.

Toss this ridiculous lawsuit and go after the ambulance chasing crackerjack attorney.

The practice of treating employees differently based on race and racial characteristics such as the shade or color of the skin, come in racial discrimination. When an employee feels that he or she has been discriminated against based on race, the first step toward making a formal legal complaint is to file a charge with the EEOC. The EEOC will investigate the charge to determine whether it should take action in the case. If the EEOC decides not to take action, the employee is then permitted to file a lawsuit in a court of law.
