I'm wondering which flunkies let him use their names to get clean titles. And why a county clerk who knows this guy wouldn't have been suspicious of the unusual number of transactions of this type.

i think the local paper ,,for once reported a story truthfully !ashlands/boyd co. political system and so called leaders /the powers that be are suspect in every thing that goes on !an independent report says many things are not transparent and get a failing grade !the good ole boy system at work !
