""This incident represents a few moments in the life of Mr. Mahoney," his attorney Robert Kolstad said. "

And a lifetime of being disabled for an innocent person, if he had hit someone.

I wonder if this miscreant thinks it was worth the trouble to be a "rebel". The convention proceeded, and you now have a criminal record, idiot.

He should have been charged with attempted murder. Just another example of a liberal judge here in St. Paul.

I wonder what would have happened if he had tried this terrorist attack and an NRA convention?

To bad he isn't a Miami Football player like Donte Stallworth who just walked out of jail after serving his 24 days for murder while under the influence for alcohol and drugs.

The American justice system is a joke!

I’m all for peaceful protesting but this idiot deserves jail time and gave all the protesters a bad name.

Or killed!

That weight falling (assuming it was just dropped, being thrown could add MORE momentum) from that distance, hitting a moving vehicle...if it the windshield, the unfortunate soul nearest the impact point could die.

90 days in "time out"?! Must be more of that "tough Minnesota justice"!
