a few hundred gallons lost so gas prices can now go up anotuer 20 cents a gallon. the oil companies might have shot it. This sounds like one of the few good places for Black Water security they need to guard oil tankers and other cargo ships passing near the middle east and africa. Let the shipping companies pay not the American taxpayers. They need to get Blackwater out of Iraq
