Well of course, this is a concern for America.We have military troops in South Korea, so our soldiers may be at risk...if South Korea decides to shoot down any of North Korea's rockets in their territory. Our troops will be at risk also as well as the citizens of Sout Korea in North Korea's retaliation scheme.
